Our Team    

Elin Ytterdahl has worked as a consultant for nearly 25 years, advising various companies, brands, and organizations. Elin is involved in strategic and operational aspects of corporate and leadership communication, strategic work, culture and change processes, crisis communication, and media work. In addition to agency experience from firms such as WergelandApenes, Dinamo, MS&L, and PR-operatørene, she has a background from Telenor and Nortura. At Nortura, she served as the Communication Director, responsible for the overall profile and reputation of the corporation, crisis communication, PR, media relations, and internal communication.

Joakim Frenning Larsen assists Norwegian and international businesses with strategy and organizational development, culture and change management, leadership support, and communication. Joakim has previously been CEO at Iteo Consulting, department head at Burson-Marsteller, information chief at HP, and most recently a partner at WergelandApenes. He has studied media, PR, organizational and administrative sciences, and holds a master's degree in communication management from London Metropolitan University.
